Haven't been able to log in for the last two days. Always returning "Unfortunately this request could not be processed.". I find this suspiciously conincident with the single sign on that was announced earlier this week.
Of course, what I have now is No Sign On
I've just tried my Velocity login and it's currently working......and no double login to book rewards flights either!
AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements
I have the same issue as LindsayWilson.
Tried in Chrome, Safari and IE across PC and Mac, still no luck... I actually rung them on the weekend and they were rather useless. Told me to call back during the week.
FWIW, I went back to the Virgin website to book my flights using points - just very thankful that the "log in" (when prompted near the end of the process) worked - but it hasn't helped me to log in to see that my flights on Wed and my wifes' on Friday, have credited to my account .
