Velocity website down

My WP Velocity account was 'unfortunately this request could not be processed' since Friday last week until at least yesterday.

I tried a moment ago and logged in OK, so either an underlying problem has been fixed or they are working through to identify 'broken' accounts and fix them up.

+6. Posted my success in the other thread on this issue. Now nobody move...

Everything has posted with the exception of yesterdays flights, so they should be there by Sunday.

Wonder what the fix was....

Just checked - my SC's for my Award flights posted today, so I am at a truce with VA at present. Got one return trip left this month with them which should leave me only 30 SC's short of Plat re-qual, so will be time to give QF a go.

Still unhappy to know there are still members who can't sign in. Looks like it is a fix by account, rather than a mass fix.

Mine works but the pooled SCs from mrsdoc still haven't appeared. (travel 2.5 wks ago).

Looks like i'll have to call (again). Sigh.
