Indeed that is sad news. I was hoping it would not come to that but there was always a chance of this being the result.

Slightly OT - If you are on an iThing, you might have an issue with the News Ltd links as it loads for a moment & then goes to another page. The CA link is much better.

Yes, terrible news about Phillip Hughes.
I didn't believe it when first told about half an hour ago because I had not heard anything on the radio until just before 4:00pm.
 
Terrible news, I feel for his family and friends and one can only imagine what Sean Abbott must be going through, so sad. :(

Just terribly terribly sad news for all concerned - lesson in it for all of us though - life is so precious and can be snuffed out in an instant - never lose sight of that - everybody go home and hug your loved ones tonight and every other chance you get - events like this really do put things in perspective don't they.
