Sabre/New website problems - all my status credits are gone!

Can't log into 2 accounts and my July flight doesn't exist at the moment.

Anyone been able to assign a seat for a upcoming flight?

Yes, but only as part of a new booking and now that it's selected I couldn't see a way to change it if I wanted

Required SCs to maintain were reset to 800.

Some end of month activities are not showing in monthly statements (e.g. a flight on 28 Nov credited on 30 Nov was not showing in Nov 2012 statement) but are showing correctly if filtering with "From / To" (e.g. Nov 2012 to Dec 2012).

Points deducted for "Half Price - Upgrade Zone *" are showing as 0 instead of actual value.

131 875 does not ask for my Velocity number so couldn't reach Platinum support.

I can now log in. Similar issues to others with regards to SC earned totals, etc.

I had a booking made for me on Friday, but the person booking was unable to add my Velocity number.

Now when I go to retrieve the booking (Which it only lets me about 20% of the time I try), I can't add my Velocity number.

Bit of a pain, as my flights on the booking are on the 20th and 25th and I want to go in and select my row 3. I did a dummy booking for the same flight and it let me select row 3 for the flight on the 25th. Every single seat on the E-jet were available. For the flight on the 20th, I can't see any seat map.

Couldn't log on this morning but I can log on now and same issue. no SC's showing.. i'm not in a hurry for them just yet.

Can't access the bookings either which is annoying as i have a flight tomorrow.

Anyone missing their status credits since the new system upgrade?

I'm half way through a trip now so logged on to check something and saw that I have no status credits.

The earn since my last review is 0, and the amount needed by my next review is the full 400 to remain gold.

I assume this is something to do with the upgrade? I am very close to achieving gold again, probably in the next week or so, so I hope it's not gone.

Has anyone else seen this?

Same issue with my profile. Showing as having earned no status credits since 26 September - balance should be 320 well on the way to my Platinum renewal. Guess it will sort itself out over the next few days.

I am the same with my Gold status . I'm sure there are a few teething problems with the upgrade . Will keep an eye on it over the next week or so .

If it's not just me I won't panic. I know they will eventually sort it, but I had to earn Gold for two years in a row by flying cheapest fares only, so when I get close to it again I get very sensitive about anything that might mean I don't make it again!

If it's not just me I won't panic. I know they will eventually sort it, but I had to earn Gold for two years in a row by flying cheapest fares only, so when I get close to it again I get very sensitive about anything that might mean I don't make it again!

If you check your Account Activity section you can clearly see what you have earned since your review date.

I don't know how they've implemented it behind the scenes, but if they do a recount over the year, then they will be back......

I've still got SCs, but my SCs required to maintain WP have been reset to 800. Sectors required are okay (0).

Anyone heard anything official as to when this will be fixed?

My status credits are 0. But they were 0 prior to the change over too, I guess I was kind of hoping for a magical 800 so I could retain WP!

Yep, same thing here - I can log into both my and OH's accounts - mine's OK as my SCs earned since I upgraded to Gold was 0 anyway, but OH had earned 80 SCs since his anniversary date of 7 October, and they've disappeared from the "Maintain Gold" section (although still showing on the Activity Log). Thankfully he's not in a rush for them, but will have to keep an eye on it to make sure he gets them back again!!!
