Sabre/New website problems - all my status credits are gone!

Well I just logged into Velocity for the first time since the cut over and it seems that all my SCs are gone. The flights I took on the weekend haven't posted yet either, although that's pretty understandable. Hopefully this gets sorted before my renewal date on the 24th of Jan :/

Anyone else having this problem?

I and many other people still cannot login to Velocity at all... hope this doesn't happen to me when I can eventually access the site.

My renew GOLD SC are set at zero, although the sector count is correct.
My upgrade to platinum totals are correct as well.
 
Yep - having the same problem. SC's are zero - but sectors and upgrades are correct.

I'm unable to log into velocity at all or manage any of the bookings i have either through the virgin or velocity site. My partner can log into hers and she is only bronze. I did notice that flights she took last week (tue&fri) still haven't posted either but as stated understandable with all the changes. Actually still cant seem to book a flight either for Wednesday on the virgin site, tried 2 different pc's just in case it was a local IT issue. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem.

Hope ya get your (lobo76) status credits back , there hard enough to get in the first place.
 
The flights are still showing as well, so they're not "gone" as such, just left the building for a bit. I'm sure they'll return!

Yea if I look at my activity it shows all the flights with points and SCs so the data isn't gone, just not reflected in the renewal summary.

I can't log in to Velocity or price anything on the VA website.

To be honest even if I can get into the Velocity site, I'll wait at least a week before worrying about accuracy of the numbers of points, SCs, etc.

Yea I'm gonna wait and see but it's only 2 weeks to my renewal date so I want to get it sorted before that rolls around.

I can't find / see the button anywhere to be able to assign a seat on bookings I already have. I also went to book some seats this morning and when I got to the seating option the first 3 rows were all blocked out, and not available to select - I was trying to book for myself (WP) and wife (SG), when I took her out of the booking it gave me all available rows. Surely this is a glitch in the system and not intended?
Anyone else had any issues with seats and rows being blocked?
 
I hope that is a glitch and not the new way it will work, anytime i fly with my partner i usually assign both seats for us as shes only getting to silver now.

I can log in but:
- SC's to maintain gold are reset to 400
- error when accessing bookings.
