Odd question but do they use lotions and oils on your body while providing a massage? If so do you shower afterwards to wash it all off?

Yes.
They wipe it off with a towel. Personally never had an issue with residue.

Asked about spa access at 7am when I arrived

"sorry sir, there's a JNB flight and the spa is fully booked".

JNB leaves at 9.30am ... what about after?!
