Agreed. A little disappointed not to see the Kyo-Kaiseki as an option on our two flights. Motivation for getting back on board...I don't dispute it's a bit overstated (there's no chef onboard) but the ability to guarantee your meal and select from a very wide range of options, including some terrific ones like the Kyo-Kaiseki on relatively short flights (from some ports), is my kind of gimmick.
