I guess they can also spoof their calling ph # to come from 13**13, and of course, some phones will onfollow from previous 13**13 if you have had calls from that one in the past.
At least EML uses 44 as they are based in the UK, and the QPay (debit) side will send 2fa 6 digit sms from there.
