How do Hilton treat you as an Elite?

Hilton Sydney. Everything old is new again. As of last week, end of October 2026, Diamond breakfast diners at Glass Restaurant have a card placed on their table telling us how valuable we are, and get complimentary barista coffee. Others just get a smile. Hope the coffee lasts.
Haha I was staying at Hilton Sydney a few days ago and dodged the breakfast getting coffee elsewhere.
Thanks for the tip !!

I was there 28/10-3/11 and it started on 30/10. I was amazed at the number of people given cards when checking into the restaurant.
31st-1st for me. I have PTSD from those breakfast queues on a Sunday it was hard enough to get a seat inside the lounge on the Sat evening ☺️

Comment:
  • The hotel connects to a mall, which has a supermarket and a reasonably-priced laundry (compared to the in-house service)
  • The hotel has three outdoor pools and beach access. The gym equipment looks comprehensive.
  • The hotel guests can enjoy the observation deck (in another tower) for free.
  • No bellboy came to assist when I arrived. No welcome drink was served to me while waiting for check-in.
  • Diamond members are seated in a separated breakfast area with an additional brekkie menu. The team members were helpful and lovely.
  • Executive lounge shares a space with a F&B outlet. Number of seats is limited. The guests might not have their own table during the peak hours. Canape options are salads, a few plates of hot foods, and deserts.
  • The window of my first room was quite dirty and it wasn't possible to take a photo of the view. I made the comment when the front desk called me. They later arranged another room with a less dirty window. Got another box of assorted dates as their apologies.
  • After my four-night stay, I got an email from the guest relations team apologising for not being able to meet me in person. I failed to see if they had even tried.
