Thank you for that. Well Ive just spent over an hour and half on the phone. They eventually did transfer me to FF. Guy was helpful, although had to wait a lot when he checked things etc. A lot of back and forth. Evenutally he told me he would send me a pass to allow access on the day. The other linked one would be forwarded to team and told it would take a few days to unlink - so hope that happens!Quick call.
Message I got was phone the Qantas Frequent Flyer team 13 11 31. They need your frequent flyer number and booking reference for Jetstar, but can sort it out.
Could be that the unlink functionality is solely for QF flight codes?Thank you for that. Well Ive just spent over an hour and half on the phone. They eventually did transfer me to FF. So email sent was just a short note - starting with
Dear Airport Staff, Please consider this as a one off confirmation for accessing the Lounge for the below member:
and finished with
Please allow the member to enter the lounge as a one off as he tried linking it on the website but our system was down. Rest assured that we are fixing it on our end.
Well I thought he could tell I was a she (especially with my name?) and it says system down- although it was just the wrong date - so I really hope it works and they will accept that!???
However - looking on the qantas website I found this-
Un-link a Complimentary Lounge Invitation from a flight: if at any time before 24 hours of the departure of your eligible flight you wish you un-link the Complimentary Invitation from the selected flight, go to the Complimentary Lounge Invitations Portal and clicking 'CANCEL' next to the listed flight. The Complimentary Lounge Invitation will revert to unused status and provided it has not expired, can be linked to another eligible flight. If within 24 hours of departure you have changed or cancelled your flight, you'll won't be able to unlink an associated Complimentary Lounge Invitation. At its sole discretion, Qantas may reinstate the Complimentary Lounge Invitation to unused status under certain circumstances, providing that the Complimentary Lounge Invitation has not expired.
ps. my flight is not till 5th September.
But there was no cancel or unlink button there?? If there was - would have saved both of
us a lot of time and trouble.
Were you in the 24hr time period? As "I then noticed that the date had automatically put todays date in -"<snip>

Are they labeled as DBL - Domestic Business Lounge or something? Those were only issued by QF iircFlying out in 6 days internationally and just realised that my lounge passes are for domestic only.
I got them from my amex rewards. I tried to call qantas and they said call amex. Amex said call qantas haha.
Has anyone had any luck with this? Also is there a thread to posts swaps? My passes expire 30th october
The pass says domestic. I'll attach a photo. I've had the american express business rewards for 2 years now and just realised domestic which is very annoying a si travelled domestic not long ago and would've used them then! Are they labeled as DBL - Domestic Business Lounge or something? Every pass I have had from Amex has been general so seems a bit confusing?
What does the pass actually say?

Here's the clear answer you're looking for from the Qantas website:I have searched endlessly and cannot find a clear answer about using single lounge passes out of Melbourne International terminal.
The user of the pass would be:
1. flying Cathay Pacific.
2. Traveling in economy.
2. Qantas bronze status.
I have a feeling it's a NO, but I cannot find a clear answer on QF website.
Many thanks
