Agree. It may be frustrating but thems the rules
Fingers crossed they change the rules before September. You should be fine but by the rules you need something. Interestingly they changed the T and Cs for a short while such that kids didn’t need a pass. Sometime late last year. Clearly the t and c have changed again.
Thank you so much. That saves a lot of stressMy wife has a spare one, if you PM me your details @Xrayspice I can transfer it.
Yes, I know, but have read old posts, where members have said they have let kids in without passesYou will need a pass for the 7 year old. Won’t get them in without one.

I think that was predominantly in pre-Covid times, when the staff had more discretion.Yes, I know, but have read old posts, where members have said they have let kids in without passes
What does a while ago mean?I think that was predominantly in pre-Covid times, when the staff had more discretion.
They have previously let Big John Jnr in without a pass, but that was also a while ago.

And some would say more ability....I think that was predominantly in pre-Covid times, when the staff had more discretion.

They will use discretion for pre-schoolers etc.I think it still happens regularly. I’m not sure the staff know all the complex rules tbh
My kids got in when I used a pass last year

And, as I mentioned, the rules definitely changed for a brief period of time. So that would just add to the confusion.
I dont think it's not making their minds up. I think they made their minds up in terms of whats black and white on paper. Whether you can get grey will depend on how nice the person guarding the door is.Either way it look like QF can’t quite make up their minds, or are doing accidental updates to the T and C and having to walk them back.
Looks like it was late April this year.
except for 4 weeks in April-May?I dont think it's not making their minds up. I think they made their minds up in terms of whats black and white on paper. Whether you can get grey will depend on how nice the person guarding the door is.
Thanks. Ive been on hold for arouind 45 mins already. Not even sure which number I needed to click. Getting very frustrated!!Absolutely no idea; but might be worth calling Qantas rather than Deathstar. As they're Qantas issued passes you might be able to get them unlinked over the phone.
Will yield to anyone more in the know.
