Oneworld Classic Flight Reward Discussion - The Definitive Thread

Getting no where on multiple phone calls. HELP. repeatedly told the same thing from Fiji call centre now. Can't get onto Hobart.
It’s a common problem… been discussed several times previously in this thread.

I don’t think there’s been any real solution… however asking for a supervisor might help… I’m just out on the road now but read back a few pages in this thread to see the issue discussed in a bit more detail.

@MEL_Traveller ...thats what scaring me. Also I want to change some flight, so now wondering if I call them will they realise it and ask me update the itenary.

Thanks for posting about the miles on your ticket, I managed to do it as well.

I don't think you'll have any issues calling to make changes, I did that today.

I booked online:

BKK-BUD (BKK-HEL, HEL-BUD)
PRG-NRT (PRG-HEL, HEL-NRT)
HND-HKG (premium economy)
HKG-SYD
SYD-DEL (SYD-KUL, KUL-DEL)
DEL-SYD (DEL-KUL, KUL-SIN, SIN-SYD)

This comes to 35,900 miles if you include the return to BKK at the end but it let me book online and it was ticketed.

I then called up to change the date of the HND-HKG sector because the website wouldn't let me book the ticket if I had that flight on the same date as HKG-SYD and they did the change for me.

They could only do that sector in premium economy even though they and I could see business available but apparently when they tried to add it into the ticket it would disappear. Maybe something to do with me already booking that sector in premium? Who knows. I'll take what I can get.

Thanks everyone else for your tips and suggestions. Looking forward to my flights!
