Not receiving Silver Pack when you go to Gold too quickly

Went from NB to PS, then SG a week later. I just got my Silver pack! I suppose my Gold pack will be coming soon

Interesting to note, in the letter they say "We recently announced enhancements to our program and the Silver Status bonus has increased from 25% to 50% when you fly Qantas"

Interesting. QF said they were going to educate their marketing department on that word

(and yes, it's a genuine improvement for PS and SG, of course nothing for WP but let's not go off on that tangent ).

Did a JASA status run on 18/May, 24 hours WA tour to Karratha and red eye back Melbourne. Checked status credit on QF site at 10pm 18/May, all three flights updated and Silver appeared. Great!
Wednesday following week, checked again, double status credit come up and Gold it is. Great, again!
Yesterday Thursday, only a week after, received my Gold pack (was issued on 23rd, which is just one day after double credit added). Great, again and again!
But wait, where is my Silver pack? Not Great!
Being Silver for like 72 hours only, but yes, it's still a Silver, not only the less but still shining card, but also the QC pass and Tags?... Not Happy.
Should I ping RedRoo?

Good to know this can be sorted - I have a Status Run next week and will go from NB to SG in under 24 hours! Hopefully I can get my Silver and Gold packs! Will update in a couple of weeks. Trying to see if I have enough business flights to hit WP by next May! This stuff is addictive.

Hi all,

Quick update. I went from Bronze to Silver on 10 June and to Gold on 11 June (DSC status run!). I received my Silver pack on Thursday 11th July and after asking on the QF Facebook page and then calling the QFF line (and being told it was still being 'processed' and may take 10-15 working days) my Gold pack arrived yesterday (15th July). So now I have my swish gold card and bag tags! Excellent. Off to Perth for work tomorrow and both upgrade requests were approved (first time for both directions, usually only get one-way or neither!) so think SG is working well for me already!
