It will be interesting to see how they handle some of the mielage-based routes far from home with partners. In the interim I would like to see AY loaded.

Having recently become AY's number 1 Aussie fan, and currently planning my next trip with them, I'm anxiously awaiting their inclusion.

As some of you rightly noticed, a human error caused the (very) old calculator to be displayed for a short time. This has since been rectified.

However you may be pleased to know that we’re currently in the final stages of testing, and plan to share the next phase of the calculator with you over the coming days.

Highlights will include:

- New partners: JL, FJ, QR, US, LA, AY, AS, JJ, JQ family now includes 3K, GK, VF
- Better compatibility with iOS devices
- #avgeeks will appreciate a change from airline logos to aircraft tails

I will keep you updated regarding the continued improvement of this feature, and the remaining roll out of partner airlines to be added.

Good news indeed. The new QFF points Calculator works well, I'll have to say.
I've Just beenchecking out the BA earn rates with their South African franchise partner Comair & they too appear to correctly calculate points & SC's for a region poorly serviced by One World .

Just make it live Red Roo. We are your beta testers anyway :).

Have you considered crediting to AA instead? AY's earning rate on AA is very friendly, especially the bargain basement R fares.

I've looked at doing that, but it doesn't really suit my currents circumstances. Thanks for the suggestion.

Slight OT but rtn UK better off allocating point to BA or Q? Calc shows miserly Q status.

Flying which airline? If QF, credit to QF, if another 1W, BAEC might be better depending on your circumstances and ability to join BAEC and get the 4 ~ flights.

Flying BA metal every flight including Eur side trip - covers 5 adults - is family polling offered by BA?

I'd hazard a guess that BAEC might suit you better, but you need to factor in all your flying through the year and whether you care about status and what status you have with who at the moment.

No idea about family pooling with BAEC, sorry.

Given state of Q the Q status not really concerning.

Thinking of AA purchased points redemptions etc.

Currently 1/2 the time is VA or allies and the other half Q or allies. More recently VA had been winning but most recent has been Malaysian and BA.
