Yes, it seems no supermarket bonus has posted for eligble transactions since the end of June.

The promotion is until the end of July.

No bonus points since 1 July for me. Also was not receiving any email notification. Notifications resumes yesterday for me.

I called them about the issue a few days ago. Was told they had not heard of the problem prior which is no doubt nonsense as I can’t imagine I would have been the first to enquire, after almost 2 weeks.

Currently missing:
- Approx 1,250 points from when bonus points were not being calculated correctly at the beginning of the promo.
- Approx 1,600 points missing since 1 July

Also have Amazon Prime (20 bonus per $), "Food Delivery Services" (10 bonus point), Rydo ($30/$10), New Balance ($100/$20) & Estee Lauder ($100/$20); none of which I'll activate as I do not and am not about to use any of them them.

haven't had any points post, but have had an email reminding me to use it, and an email on Thursday saying I'd used it. The emails about using the promotion are a bit hit and miss....

Not that my Amex gets swiped at many supermarkets as I mainly prefer the %% off from using an eGift Card, but like others no recent bonus points posted after having had them posting originally.

I wonder how long they will take to adjust the points? I’ve been buying a heap of gift cards and after today’s purchase will have reached the 20,000 max bonus points limit if counting the 2,000-odd missing points. Looking to possibly cancel prior to the annual fee being charged next month so weighing up whether to wait or just buy another $1k in gift card now.

Out of curiosity, are you buying the $500+7.95 eftpos or Visa cards? Are you using to pay strata or ACT online shop?

Started off with the $250+$7.50 vanilla cards then on to the $500+$7.95 cards when I first saw them a month or so back.

I have the DJ Platinum AMEX so getting 3pts/$at supermarkets plus the 2pts/$ bonus. So happy to pay anything that Doesn’t take Amex or only earns 1pt/$ normally. Mainly bills - car rego, rates, electricity bills etc. They all seem to work at my local post office.

Thanks, SS. My shoe offers (Vans, Merrill, Dr Martins, Platypus) all have a 14 expiry on them. Seems strange when all other offers usually allow 1-2 months.
