Royce hotel - all details are on the events calendar!

Come on Vic, lets not let the banana bending northern nation beat us on monthly drinks! Lets prove we can also keep the share price of CUB and TOOHEY's up in this depressed economic environment!

So far...

Ordinarily I would come, but I am flying up to ozFest that day, so can't make it in May, but later months should be ok.

I'll still be a few weeks off ending my work in Bendigo, so depends on timings - should be able to make it though (may be a little late).

Doesn't appear to be any specific time listed. I presume just an 'after work' thing?

PS. What a great post count I now have (until the next one...)

Count me in for drinks too - but I don't finish work until 2200 so I'll have to join you wherever you're up to by then...

I considered it briefly, if I had access from the Skybus I'd find a way to make it work, but looking at the map, it's a hell of a walk from the terminus to the hotel. Too far for me I'm afraid.

The Royce is on a tram stop - from Spencer (Southerncross) tram down to Flinders, then to Flinders St Station, then St Kilda (go the saints) Road -all going good, no more than 10 minutes...

Hope you can make it!

I'll keep an eye on the fares, there's not likely to be a sale so soon, but if there is one I'll entertain the idea. I didn't realise it'd cost me $144 each way.

Would love to but have used all the time off/goodwill that I'm prepared to with current employer!:(

I just had a loook at both awards and dollar fares...tempting, but ultimately only get 24 hrs in CNS and miss too much of the action...perhaps next year.

Keep up the good work with the organising...tough job!

Good idea but I think I will give it a miss. I have enough problems staggering home after the Brisbane drinks gathering each month.  :p

Mr!

:)
munitalPHappy to do so at some or more stages; unfortunately for reasons posted earlier, I am interstate that evening.

Give me a heads up with some notice on other days for Mon-Thu evenings and I can generally make it ~5-7pm ...
