Looks like the master list for codes that can be used during booking for (possible) benefits. Hard to know what the benefits are, but as Mak404matt says, at least one of them is working.

They would be the rates that are ineligible for the 3rd Quarter HHonors promotion 2013 - whatever that may be.

e.g. Q2 for 2013 was/is the "HHONORS DAILY GRAND OFFER"

Indeed. One would have thought a page with a title including the word 'exclusions' may have given it away!

FWIW SRP means something like Selected Rate Plans
