Guys I am a late scratching - mother-in-law has taken poorly overnight and I am now charged with hospital visitation duties when I should be downing a coupla cold Crownies.

So disappointed I won't get to catch up to you all - next time hopefully.
 
Will see you all in a bit. Off to final meeting of the day then heading out after that. No one is allowed to pass out before i get there.

Bundy bear and myself arrived safely in Mel. Check in to hi was simple. After a refreshing shower we will be heading to the lounge. Eta about 17.15.

Traffic around Tulla is apparently terrible ATM. I am going to wait and see when it clears.

I'm not so keen to sit in traffic.

I did warn them in the Melbourne lounge this morning about what you lot are really like :!: :D :shock: :rolleyes:

I am another late scratching. I have been unwell all day. I battled through for a few hours, then went home sick and dialled into a couple of conference calls from bed.

I hope you guys have a good night.



As a side note, I am still flying out tomorrow (hopefully feeling better than I do right now). I will probably cross paths with some of the HI party crew in T1 if they are up early enough.
 
Great evening. Have to head home for parenting duties but met a great bunch of folks tonight! Looking forward to meeting you all when Liam next moves cities!

Oh, and everyone who said I don't look like my avatar ... I put it down to stress.
 
Had a blast tonight! Many thanks to Liam for setting this one up and to all the Virgin staff who were absolutely amazing - especially when they were able to move me to 3A for my flight home! ;)

Oh, and three demerit points off chrisjrn's Plat card for spilling drinks ... thrice! Yes, you were responsible for allllll of them. :D
 
That was an awesome night, it was great catching up with existing members and meeting people for the first time. The staff were absoutley fantastic, and really did go over and above.

It was funny, the lounge manager really hit the nail on the head when she explained to me how passionate Virgin staff are for their company, and nights like tonight truely reflect this, and to those who stayed righ to the end, we enjoyed the little present Virgin gave us. ;)

Thank you all for attending, I really enjoyed the night!
 
So how are all the hangovers? Does lawlass really have an evil twin?

I had an OJ on my DJ flight in memory of you wooping it up in the MEL Lounge
 
More importantly has lawless's Ipad been given honorary Lounge membership again?

Sorry I couldn't join you all last night but my flight from Perth was late. I tried to find the lounge but after realising you had to go through security unthought it'd be best to go straight to the gate (only had 5 mins).

Lucky I did as they had me down for a forced layover at the HI.... tempting as it was, I really wanted to get home.

All the best for the future Liam, I hope it all goes well.
