Yes, thank you, received and we are investigating.

Thank you for your private message - I am SO impressed at such a quick resolution after so long trying to sort it out! First time I have used this forum to post and I get a result! Looking forward to the points coming on so I can redeem them!

I can't believe it, the missing points, plus some nice extras have gone on already!! You have no idea how impressed I am!!!

Just wondering if anyone else is missing Flybuys points from a Coles Express promotion.

Back in May, I received an offer where I would receive bonus points of 250, 500 and 1,250 for filling up 30L or more at Coles Express the first time, second time and third time respectively.

I received an email on 1 June 2016 saying that I have fulfilled the requirements to receive a total of 2,000 points and that the points would be credited within 4 weeks after the offer expiry.

To date, I have received credits of 250 and 500 points, but not the 1,250 points. From the email I got on 27 May 2016, my understanding is that the offer end date was 10 June 2016, so the points should have come through on 8 July 2016.

Already sent a PM to the rep a few days ago and am awaiting a reply.

Good luck with chasing the points. The flybuys rep has been good in the past for chasing up missing points for us. Coles Express have had problems in the past with bonus points but I was hoping they had fixed things by now. Well done for keeping track of things.

I am still having problems getting bonus points credited for First Choice offers, beyond the 4 weeks waiting period. Does anyone else have this problem? I have sent a private post to the Flybuys rep, who was great in helping me last time I had a problem so hopefully they can help this time. I have to say it is a little annoying having to continually monitor points in this way and having to chase them up. I find it is little use talking to the call centre as they seem to think 4 weeks equates to one month and if you inquire at the 4 week 1 day mark they will tell you it is one month instead and I will have to wait a day or so. Since they don't go on anyway two days later, I have to make a second follow up call. In any case, why should it take so long for points to be credited anyway?

Looks like the points have now gone on - the transaction history doesn't show details but the total points have increased so all looks ok. Thanks to the Fly Buy rep for sorting this out for me!

An old but ongoing thread. How do you get Flybuys bonus points to post?

I've got about 10,000 outstanding with flybuys at the moment from various promos, and when Flybuys do contact me, it's weeks later with:

Dear flybuys member,

We apologise for the delay in responding to your communication.

We are currently experiencing higher than usual email volumes and are endeavouring to answer all queries as swiftly as possible.

In particular, I can never get first choice bonus points to post, ever.

Is there some magic trick I'm missing to get First Choice to post to Flybuys?

In my experience FC points are very slow. I don't bother shopping there anymore. I am still waiting for 50pts for a 'Tell First Choice' survey on Dec 2 2016. Maybe I was too critical so they don't want to give me the points!

I don't bother with any 'Tell Coles' surveys anymore either because they don't seem to post either. All other Coles points generally post very quickly although I am still waiting for a 'triple points email' from Jan 19 2017.

The majority of Coles bonus points post within 2 days however other partners take up to 4 weeks to post bonus points. I've also heard bad reports about points posting late with First Choice. The Coles Express points aren't very good either. I've given up taking up bonus points promotions from Coles Express. Some of the insurance partners take over 6 months to post as you have to wait until you have been a member for a certain length of time before they will credit the points.

The web based contact form has it's faults but you can usually get a response within a few days. I had an email similar to yours recently about the delays in the system so it's not just your account which has been signalled out for a delay. My initial enquiry was about a week ago.

Don't wait longer than 6 months before chasing points. The staff will claim they can't go back more than 6 months with their records.

Good luck getting your points.

In my experience, the Tell First Choice and Tell Liquorland survey 50 points offers never post.
Tell Coles sometimes do, sometimes don't.

I've never had a problem with Tell Coles or Tell Coles Express (apart from the fact that the value of the points is a joke). I've never done the First Choice or Liquorland survey.

We're concerned to hear of your report (and others on this thread) regarding First Choice and Liquorland surveys. It's critically important to us that we honour all of our offers. If you can provide details we will follow them up.

I did a Liquorland one just now. I'll see how long it takes!

Thanks flybuys. I will PM you with details tomorrow.
