Maybe the Mods could change the thread title to "Yo-yoing!!! Help!!!"
Aussie! Aussie! Aussie!
1 AUD = 0.956 US
(and more importantly 1.27 SGD and 2.96 MYR)
That sounds great. If you can get that 0.956 USD from a bank good luck to you, although I was surprised that I got 0.9492 for 491.00 USD that I brought today.![]()
I remember a few of us were crying last time it reached close to parity. If you csn afford the cash then hedging may well be the way to go.How high will it go before it crashes is any ones guess. :?:
Gee you picked a great time to do that UK thing Flashware.
I am thinking London flat time as it makes a purchase very reasonable.
And shopping in the good ole USA is fantastic.Arrived in Chicago with 2 cases of clothes now have 4!And Chanel sunnies were super cheap at LHR![]()

Almost normal?Mrsdrron has been doing this for 30 years. Our bags weighed nearly 50KG more on departure from the USA than on arrival 26 days before. She is fully convinced that Mall walking is the best exercise you can get.Other than rent and name drugs everything else in the US seems very reasonable compared to Canada and Australia. Retailers in Australia have been very slow cutting the cost of imported goods so clothes in the US seem amazingly low cost compared with here.
It is almost normal to go there for a shopping holiday.
I cannot afford to save any more money is a favourite saying.
