Accor Members can make requests in this thread for other members with an active Stay Plus to check availability for use.

Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

Thats also in April, booking 6 months in advance. Theres literally nothing for the next couple of months.
I'm still on the fence about cancelling my stayplus (fully free one) at the Swissotel and to get two vouchers and then rebooking. Currently I've booked a different hotel for the first of the two nights but by my logic a fully flexible rate for those two nights 3-5 April should be $477 total?

I previously paid $427 for the Malaysian version which got two free nights (under the old system) so technically the cost of the say plus for me is $107 meaning total stay would really be $584 or am I messing up my maths here?

I was having a quick look at some Sydney hotels for a couple of weeks from now.

Saw a hotel for more than 50% to use the StayPlus than booking the one without the StayPlus. So I look into the pricing. The "free night" still has a sizeable supplement. (For illustration purposes, night 1 is $300, night 2 is $375 and the stay plus reduces night 2 to $100)

Is this what everyone is expecting from the new StayPlus BOGOF?

Was that a B’fast rate?

I noticed it was letting me book B’fast rates elsewhere earlier today but wasn’t sure if you could do that before (I’m new to A+).

Yeah not ideal. I found similar.

Just booked the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi for three nights using a Stay Plus.

It picked the middle night as the free one (correctly, as it was the most expensive at $608). B&B rates were available, but not half board. It also claimed to allow redemption of points, but this wasn’t available at check out. At any rate, the $608 saving and 2000 bonus points for renewing it in August have meant that it’s paid for itself.

FWIW, the Stamford’s cheaper rooms are showing as booked over 3-5 April so it’d be a punt to cancel. The cheapest flexible stay plus room currently is a Premier Marina Bay one at $628 all in. The second night was not free, but rather $47 plus tax (so ~$56 all up)

Thanks, frustrating if true given I can see Premier rooms where the flexible rate works out at AU$952 total (including taxes).

The breakdown shows the total for both nights the same and that taxes are charged on a per night so in theory if one night free the taxes should be free on that night as well (as was the case under the previous stay plus).

I know I'm being a total pain here but have other Singapore options appeared or still just the 12 that aikman came across yesterday?

Yes, the standard rooms are available without stay plus ticked.

Of the 12 posted yesterday, the Fairmont is no longer available so there are 11.
