Check Accor Plus free night availability

Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

@twiningb Any luck in finding more about how to find better options which quality for Stay Plus. I have been trying to find similar options but don't seem to be getting that option though I have an email that clearly says my Accor Plus membership does give me one Stay Plus free night.

Yes you have to cancel it if you want to look at other potential booking.

That's odd - I've always found the Accor call centre staff to be very friendly - sometimes not all that knowledgeable - but they try to be helpful - sometimes calling you back if they can't figure out how to do what you want. (Note I found this to be the case when Fairmont became a "real" part of Accor). I've also found availability of the free night to be excellent - I also like you can upgrade to a higher standard of room on the free night for a reasonable amount.

To kindly check and confirm if the Stay Plus (a complimentary night) benefit is available to be used at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour on either 13th or 14th Dec, 2019?

So that I can decide whether the cost of Accor plus membership is justified or not – not big on dining out at Accor properties so that alone isn’t a factor to choose this membership.

Oops sorry! The stay is from Friday 15 April 2022 to Sat 16 April 2022. Not sure how I could get the dates so wrong

I would love to help but my membership year ends August so won’t have a free night credit available on those dates (until the new membership year) to rest it out. My free night credit has to be used before end of August so a bit of a challenge at the moment. I hope other fellow AFFs having a membership year covering your dates will jump j.in to help.

My stay plus night expires 30 November 2021, both Ibis Styles Hobart and Movenpick Hotel Hobart have Stay Plus nights available for 29 November. Guessing you would be right if you booked that far out (April 2022)

Hi all, is anyone able to check whether the Mantra Frangipani Broome is eligible for Stay Plus? I was hoping to stay from 25-28 June with one of those being the free night. If it’s eligible, I’ll buy a membership - it really sucks that you can’t search unless you’re a member!

Just checked for you but unfortunately do not have good news for you.

Perhaps some other fellow AFFs can help and double check?!
