Check Accor Plus free night availability

Is there a way to check availability for the Accor Plus Stay Plus (free night) while currently holding a reservation for the same? It seems to disqualify you from searching for potential better options before it's used.

I've had this problem in the past. Go to ALL - Accor Live Limitless and search from there (while logged in). The issue happens when going to accorplus.com and initiating your search from there. Obvious, right? 🤦‍♂️

No 5 stars. Pullman Penrith has no stars on the Accor site but it is available.

Plenty of 4 stars available - Novotels, Mercures etc

@twiningb Any luck in finding more about how to find better options which quality for Stay Plus. I have been trying to find similar options but don't seem to be getting that option though I have an email that clearly says my Accor Plus membership does give me one Stay Plus free night.

That's odd - I've always found the Accor call centre staff to be very friendly - sometimes not all that knowledgeable - but they try to be helpful - sometimes calling you back if they can't figure out how to do what you want. (Note I found this to be the case when Fairmont became a "real" part of Accor). I've also found availability of the free night to be excellent - I also like you can upgrade to a higher standard of room on the free night for a reasonable amount.

Slightly off topic but still related to Accor Plus Stay Plus benefit...

Help needed from an existing Accor Plus member

To kindly check and confirm if the Stay Plus (a complimentary night) benefit is available to be used at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour on either 13th or 14th Dec, 2019?

So that I can decide whether the cost of Accor plus membership is justified or not – not big on dining out at Accor properties so that alone isn’t a factor to choose this membership.

Just checked and it's not available for either night.

Is anyone able to check if any hotels in Hobart offer the Stay Plus benefit on Friday 25 Apr 2021, including any potential cash upgrades to a room for four people, please? I'd like to see if it's worth getting a membership to cover that night (and get other perks).

I would love to help but my membership year ends August so won’t have a free night credit available on those dates (until the new membership year) to rest it out. My free night credit has to be used before end of August so a bit of a challenge at the moment. I hope other fellow AFFs having a membership year covering your dates will jump j.in to help.

Hi all, is anyone able to check whether the Mantra Frangipani Broome is eligible for Stay Plus? I was hoping to stay from 25-28 June with one of those being the free night. If it’s eligible, I’ll buy a membership - it really sucks that you can’t search unless you’re a member!

Just checked for you but unfortunately do not have good news for you.

Perhaps some other fellow AFFs can help and double check?!
