Yes. Some properties will let you chose more expensive rooms but I’d be very surprised if properties allowed all their inventory to be matched to Stay Plus.It's really disappointing the only basic rooms seem to be on offer, everywhere I looked. Hopefully an upgrade comes through, but I'm doubtful on that.

I signed up via QBR back in July. The 3K Accor points turned up almost immediately. Maybe next day? But the 10k QF points (into QBR) didn’t turn up after a couple of weeks so I contacted them and it was manually processed.@Flyfrequently
I joined via QBR late September as well, and haven't received either the promised Accor or Qantas points.
