Haven’t flown AirAsia X for a while, but took a CAN–KUL red-eye a few weeks ago with a short layover before heading back to Aus on QF J… and it reminded me exactly why I stopped flying them 
30 mins delay, then another 45, with barely any notice. Flighty app was doing a better job than the airline. Made it through in the end, but I promised myself again: if there’s another option at a similar price, I’m choosing that next time. There goes the slogan "now everyone can fly , but not everyone will be satisfied
