500 bonus points - Qantas Cash registration

The QANTAS cash site says you may have to wait up to 8 weeks for the points - well it is now over 10 weeks, and nothing! Looks like a complaint to QFF is now overdue as well.

I'm still waiting as well but I won't be chasing anything until the end of March as this would be 8 weeks after the end of the promotion date.

By AFF service centre, I hope you meant our Frequent Flyer Service Centre OATEK. ;)

I've since followed up with the Qantas Cash team who've advised that the bonus points for this promotion will be posted all at once, approx 8 weeks after the campaign finishes.

This would explain why you, and others, haven't seen these credit to your account as yet.

Good to know, although 8 weeks test one's memory in terms of following up.

I find it hard to tell the difference sometimes too... ;)

You shouldn't have to follow up, however I'll update the thread if necessary.

Same here, I wasn't even sure if I had qualified for the bonus points but they posted yesterday. Neat. :)
 
Methinks a PM to the always obliging, overworking ever present Red Roo might be in order.

Sent a PM to Red Roo, and still waiting from a call back from QFF. Considering it was a transaction in November, you would think it would have posted at the 3 month mark!
 
As an update, the Frequent Flyer team have advised that outstanding bonus points should be credited by the end of this month.

I hope RedRoo can help.. I still have not got my points and I am still new and I can not pm as I don't have enough posts.. I was overseas at the time and not sure if I have qualified. I tried calling the number but not that helpful.. can you please help..
