Virgin’s AFL contract ends this year so will be interesting to see if they re negotiate or if goes to QF who also has sports contracts ending this year.

Always the local angle!

Managed to get very good walk up seats in the members on level 1. Left at 3/4 time as my spidey senses thought the game was about to blow out (this proved correct).

My son in the cellar ( ostensibly supporting the lions) offered scant praise.. kept on about how the cats hero's had problems etc...and he is an Essendon supporter..
Parochialism is alive and well in sport , even the umpires failed to turn the game..
So how will they rig it next year to stop us winning again ?
