Unfortunately points for my policies weren't duplicated but some were denied. Best I can tell, I think I'm actually still two payouts short even after the recent reparations.

The "we're sorry for the error" email I just received did not mention the reason I was told at the time for the denial of bonus points: "Your transactions exceeding three policies breach our Fair Use policy" (or some such).
