If you take out a travel insurance policy with Woolworths you can get 10,000 bonus points. A few things to note:

1) This offer runs between 19/1/2024 and 17/2/2024.

2) You have to enter your Everyday Rewards number and then select the 10,000 point offer for this to be valid (you can also choose 10% off your policy instead). The offer wont appear until you start the quote process and link your Everyday Rewards card.

3) Bonus points will be awarded “within 30 business days from the start date noted on your policy”.

4) Just as an example, for a domestic trip to Brisbane for me a 2 day policy in January cost $41.

Doesn't look to be as lucrative as this previous insurance offer: 20,000 Woolworths rewards points with a pet insurance policy where many of us cleaned up on cheap points, but worth considering.

Is this a once off for 10K WOW pts? Or you will get 10K WOW per travel insurance policy?

Not sure where you're getting to 20K figure from. But you may be asking can you take our more than one policy and get multiple lots of 10,000 points?

If so, I’m not sure that I can answer with certainty – and I’m actually a contract lawyer!

These two terms appear inconsistent:

1) "Your selected personalised offer only applies to the first policy period unless otherwise specified.” [Emphasis added]

2) “This offer can be enjoyed a maximum of one time per policy for Everyday Rewards Members.” [Emphasis added]

I note that term 1 appears multiple times in your interactions from getting the quote to paying.

I do note that there was a lot of trouble getting them to pay for multiple pet insurances in that previous offering, so any reliable data points for this current offer would be useful - but given the bonus points may not be paid for up to 30 business days this may not occur before the end of this current promotion.

Oh wow I had forgotten about the pet insurance ones, I had so many of those but got the points in the end.

I'm only doing one policy with this one per person :)

If you accidently put the incorrect age of 18
I tried local Aus and it was close to $100 even for a week - I'm sure it can't be my advanced age that is causing it to be that high 🤔 🤷‍♀️
18 yo old it's $28. ,but, suspect lying about your age would mean they have the right to cancel the policy should they discover.

you can do 1 day travel.

Wonder whether Woolworths Insurance would be suspicious when there is a rush to buy travel insurance for a day to NZ for next week?

Mine won't be until after 1st Feb because my year ends on Jan 31st 🤣 I'm going to lose my 25 status credits all at one

For what it's worth, one person I know received 20,000 points last week for taking out two separate policies less than a month ago. Whether that will be the case for those who sign up now, who knows?

I actually am going to AKL on a SC run in two weeks. Bought this policy on Saturday for two days at a cost of $46 for this 65YO.
