Got that email this morning, figured it was targeted. Didn't hold back regarding customer service (woeful) and Priority Shopping (also woeful).

Just wish there was free text fields where I could have told them what I really wanted to say.

Sometimes their integration seems broken, but usually catches up!

So I was totally wrong. Check my account after doing the survey and there are many recent topguest credits. Just no emails
