Hi all, some great news! Hilton South Wharf have come on board with our festive meeting and will ensure we all have a good time!

The manager of HSW was very keen to accommodate, and has offered the outdoor area for our event which they will cordon off as ours weather permitting.

Betcha they're hoping for fine weather; some groups can get rather noisy ... :p
 
I really need to finalize the guest list with booking names. If you are staying, please PM me (if you haven't already) as I will be supplying all guests names to HSW. Who knows, maybe we will get our own floor as well!
