Market inspirations = specials of the day, which are likely to be replicated over many days in the three month period...

I am very much looking forward to the new Buffalo mozzarella with roasted red capsicum, grilled radicchio and mint, Grilled sesame tuna with red cabbage and shallot salad, Chocolate croissant bread and butter pudding. I know that's two starters, but nothing on the main menu really speaks to me... you've hit the nail on the head otherwise though! The photos I saw on Facebook have me counting down the days to the visit, instead of my holiday

Only two starters? My next visit in a few weeks will likely see me having 2-3 items of each. That is, breakfast, entrees, mains, desserts, coughtails, glasses of champagne. I think that would be it - going for the self serve area would be too much
