July, and I'll be back on the road. One of the big downers of working for a Listed Company is that you avoid travel and expenditure in May and June to make the books look good, and then you cram in a hell of a lot in the next few months.

Managed to wrangle out of a lot of travel this month thank goodness as I was sick most of the time however the extra SC's would have been good due to being re-set down to ZERO at 31MAY07.

Hi all,

The weirdest thing happened to me yesterday when trying to book JQ from MEL-BKK return. I did a dummy booking to check seat availability on Star class and there was heaps going over and about 22 coming back 19/7. Anyway I then got distracted for about 5 minutes (literally) and when I went to do the real booking, all the seats for the 19/7 were gone completely booked out, amazing!!!! I could not beleive it, ended up having to book return for 22/7 as I want to get QFF points and SC as Business rates.

Anyway the question I have is does anyone know if Jetstar will release seats in star class if they become available and can you waitlist on jetstar??

Looking forward to hearing back.

well i was on that flight JQ30 that had the emergency landing in denpasar and i do not care what people say, it was bloody scary experience. the only upside we got 1/2 day in kuta soaking up the rays and I ended up meeting soem awesoem friends from the flight as well as getting an awesome sunburn.

Currently enjoying the hospitality of the First Class Terminal at FRA prior to flying to BKK and MEL tonight.

Last flights for the month. I flew in from SVO (Moscow) this morning, and have been hanging out enjoying great German hospitality. Currently there are three people in the terminal. So about 5 times as many staff as customers.

Only three hours to kill, so I'll be into the Champagne soon.....
