My PM was in within 6 or so minutes of redroo posting, fingers crossed. I would assume that the lucky ones (here's hoping) will need a temp ASIC. At SYD these are issued at INT on arrivals level at far end opposite end from rail & QF transfer areas. If I'm lucky, I will get the train in so if anyone wants to catch up earlier at a coffee lounge at the INT terminal, I'm on.

Now will sit on my BKK flight home with fingers crossed!

I acknowledged my PM at post 7 (and there were only about 6 views in the thread at the time). Based on law of averages, and it being first 4, I think i'm in with a pretty good shot :)

Did you put in MEL or SYD? I'm assuming SYD?

Well I was too busy shopping in Hong Kong to see the thread! But alas although I will be home on Thursday I will be out camping that weekend so I couldn't make it... darn it!

Well done to Red Roo for thinking of AFF and well done to those that make it on board! Hopefully you can take and post photos!

Great idea! Love this sort of community engagement. :)

I am not confident. ........bugger.
I didn't see his post till this morning.

Double bugger. Just realised I am 7 days shy of six months with AFF. :-(

Sent PM last night. Wasn't too hopeful until I realised that not many of you requested Melbourne.

Fingers crossed!

Sent my PM not long after the thread was posted. Fingers crossed I can visit the 787 in MEL.

I have had lunch with Trevor, Simon Hickey and Stephanie - I have no anonymity with QF already. Equally I have no need of it. I attack and defend QF with equal measure (and gusto) and if they then know who I am whilst doing that I do not care. I also don't think that they care...
