Have concluded lack of travel insurance coverage for COVID-19 and the fact that most places you can travel to freely (without self isolation) are right up there on the COVID risk scale. So no, I wouldn't.

But I've realised I actually travel somewhere if I really wanted to, when I leave in Australia to return to our home in Singapore shortly. Just take the long way around, eg via HKG to LHR on CX, then SQ to SIN. (UK on 27 July had 685 new cases, not many more than Victoria, albeit with 10x the population). But no, we won't be for all sorts of reasons.

Part of me would love to say I would in a heartbeat, but the reality is the answer at this time is no. We aren't even prepared to do a road trip here in the US because we are surrounded by maskholes who still treat CV like it's a hoax. I'm prepared to sit on the sidelines and observe a bit longer. We are hoping to do a trip to Hawaii in September for husband's birthday, but truthfully that is feeling unlikely.

I had to think about this one... First reaction "No", then "Yes and now I'm thinking "Maybe". Personally, if I could, I would probably go somewhere like Latvia or Lithuania :) No need for 14 days isolation, if you are from Australia. Has beautiful sea towns and quite cheap by EU standards

If the question was travel for family reunion, then maybe - my daughter says the area where they are living in South London is quiet on the Covid front. But for a holiday, no.

If it were allowed I would involving some sort of risk mitigation such as choice of destination.

I‘d only go to New Zealand, but it’s a bad time of year to go there ... too cold.
I would also go only in my own private plane, one of which I don’t own, as I don’t want to be in the metal tube of death surrounded by The Diseased for 4 hours ...
