Have concluded lack of travel insurance coverage for COVID-19 and the fact that most places you can travel to freely (without self isolation) are right up there on the COVID risk scale. So no, I wouldn't.
But I've realised I actually travel somewhere if I really wanted to, when I leave in Australia to return to our home in Singapore shortly. Just take the long way around, eg via HKG to LHR on CX, then SQ to SIN. (UK on 27 July had 685 new cases, not many more than Victoria, albeit with 10x the population). But no, we won't be for all sorts of reasons.
