My first home made soup this winter. Lots of vegetables, some chicken, and even more beans. Finally a large pile of mushrooms. Just because I'm a fun guy.
No beef wellington with the mushrooms?

Bluff oyster season is March to August.
We were there in March and had a doz at Fowler’s (first place one left) and then another doz or two at Oyster Cove (looking over the ocean).
Very nice, but TBH I prefer Sydney Rock - both north and south coast NSW.
