NAB (BoQ has nothing to do with 'Virgin Money Credit Cards', which is a different business to 'Virgin Money' operated by BoQ.
NAB has been migrating customers from the old Citibank platform to the NAB platform, as far as I am aware.
But yes, points are not showing on my current statement either. I'm sure they'll sort it out.
They haven't been accepting any new card applications since they started the migration on 25th October, and still aren't to this day, which indicates to me they are still working on it (new card applications temporarily suspended).
