Yep unfortunately, not terrible by any means but Schild have managed (and noting that the vintage predates the sale of the brand if not the grape production in 2023 to CW ) to have produced a premium wine that isn't as impressive as their earlier (and cheaper) Estate Range....

Unfortunately I feel their latest Estate range have fallen away compared to a few years ago imo.

With respect, I disagree with these negative comments. Schilds still grow and supply the high quality grapes to CW (Coonawarra Winery). True, the wines are probably now made at Stonehaven, under the supervision of the highly capable Ben Wurst. Is this necessarily bad? Speaking of Stonehaven, CW resurrected that Hardy's dead duck and it's now a major, productive facility in an area that needs such activity, too. Grape growing is Schild's core business, they've retreated back to it in the hope of surviving in the wine business at all. Without CW having bought the brand, Schilds wines would simply no longer exist. Who would you have preferred as a buyer - Bain Capital, or perhaps Treasury? Now they really are big companies who don't necessarily give a s---t. CW, by contrast, is a South Australian company. Personally, I applaud them, because actually they can produce quality at all price points. Having said all this, one does of course regret that the landscape of smaller winemakers has not and cannot remain as idiosyncratic and diverse as it was. Inevitably, individuality decreases in this process.
