There are specific threads for posting referrals. This is not one of them.

Future attempts to post referrals other than in the referral threads may lead to infractions.

Clarification please wise mod - is there a difference between a multi-use discount code and a new member referral? If so, will people posting discount codes to the referral thread instead of the VM deals forum be at risk of an 'infraction'?

I suspect some people here do not realise which codes are generated via the VM referral process and which are not.
As far as I can see, if you generate a $25 "referral" code without inviting a "friend" there is no credit applied to the referrer when the code is used by an existing member or as a guest checkout. So maybe it's not really a "referral"?

Anyone know what these black market deals are?

Anyone tried the Reschke RSR Cab Sav 2012? Reviews of that vintage are hard to find but what I have seen have been positive. From some previous threads am I right in thinking this would be a relatively recent bottling from storage tanks? I got some of the 2013 and it looks just like a young wine.

There have been claims in here that all vintages taste the same. Take of that as you wish. I've not had the 12.

I like the 2012. I have not drunk it side by side with the 2014 or 2015, which I have also enjoyed, but I think there is not much difference between them. I have read the caveats about storage tanks and trouble in the Reschke family too, but at the $22 per bottle it is being offered at present it seems good value.
