I'm stumped what the heck is it? Black Market Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 - Margaret River, WA

BMD Cab 14
Grown on well-drained loam soils, this Cabernet shows excellent varietal characteristics and fruit purity. 2015 was an excellent vintage, with a warm summer creating perfect ripening conditions.

After open-top fermentation, this juice undergoes an extended maceration period for a rounded, driving fruit profile supported by supple tannins. This vintage is elegant and vibrant, displaying perfumed nose of earthy dried herbs and black fruits. The use of 40% new and 60% conditioned French oak for 18 months has imparted ripe blackcurrant fruit flavours with notes of savoury black olive, bay leaf and dried herbs. Seven years in bottle has seen this wine develop into an elegant, silky expression of Yallingup terroir that's perfectly poised for drinking now.

This boutique family producer's 21 hectare Yallingup vineyard is set on a picturesque property initially planted in 1999 with the Houghton’s clone of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Down from $30 to $15

PRE-ARRIVAL: Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 - Black Market Deal #42711

Did that but didn't get Dawson coming up, I thought that "This boutique family producer's 21 hectare Yallingup vineyard is set on a picturesque property initially planted in 1999 with the Houghton’s clone of Cabernet Sauvignon." as a search would have been a clincher as well as sifting through a list of "Yallingup wineries" might have identified it, in other words some due diligence was done... :)

Just got an email from the 'fo with a $20 voucher.

It says for affected customers in QLD and SA but doubt it's geolocked. If another state can confirm let us know.

Oh btw, if it's a targeted voucher, first in best dressed 😂
Thank you, this worked for me today (delivery to QLD however seemed to offer the discount before I changed it from my NSW address).

Anyone know what the black friday deal might be?

Edit - I've spent about 30 minutes searching and found nothing. Uncovered gives no results either. :(

If I was to guess, Chateau Tanunda 50 Year Old Vines Shiraz 2018... And that took about 30 seconds... Maybe you need to refine your search technique?

Of course, usual disclaimer about being an absolute guess, and no guarantee, blah blah

The best options I can see on the Sam Kim site are all cork/diam seals, not screwcap, I've given up for now.

Yeah, that's an option if VM have been their usual careless re seal, otherwise no. And you would think VM might mention the other high scores.

Also Bethany, Marananga and Light Pass vineyards are not really southern Barossa.

I doubt it's Tanunda 50 Year Old Vines Shiraz. I have that bottle in front of me and I was also at the cellar door last year, all their Terroir series and 50 Year Olds and above are bottled under cork.
