It can be quite addictive, like we all get given a rubics cube and the first one to crack it wins. The return policy is a big winner with me especially if buying a dozen. I love the thrill of the chase in working out the wines.

Totally agree, it's a lot of fun trying to work out what the secret deals are, and their refund policy is fantastic.

Again, I'm a big fan of them, I'm not having a go at all, I'm just one of those people who'll choose not to spend more if they can get it for less (a tightass I suppose :D I'd like to think it's kind of common sense though :D).

Does anybody have any suspects for the Marg Cab/Merlot today on the Fo. https://vinomofo.com/deals/red-wine/mof_-secret-deal-cabernet-merlot-2012-fa0004b1 I was thinking Flametree or Thompson Estate. The blurb says "Margs to a T" .Maybe a veiled reference to Thompson estate but that had Cabernet Franc component I think. Do VM ever give differing info on components of the wine to veil its identity ?

I got the Thomspon Estate 2011 straight cabernet in a mixed case- to my taste, this is the most enjoyable wine I have drunk this year so I am in on this wine!

The guys are in Shanghai leaving the cats having fun at the office and forgetting to come out with today's offers.

Sorry you are right they only have the 2012. Great vintage and great wine for $16.50.

Indeed. I agree. This stuff is designed to cellar for 20+ years.

And from memory the scores for 2012 and 2013 are very similar.

I should buy something. I just don't know what........ First world problems really getting me down right now.

That's easy then, get the Salvation Pack. Lucky dip!
I quite enjoyed the last one I recieved.

Haha I got one last week! In my cart at the moment - debating:
Hand Crafted by Geoff Hardy GMH Shiraz 2013 (12pk) - tried and liked as a quaffer
Riposte En Garde Pinot Gris 2014 (12pk) - love a pinot gris for summer
Harewood Estate Shiraz Cabernet 2013 (12pk) - no idea, 2012 seems to get good reviews

Have you tried the Riposte Pinot Gris? I'm becoming a big fan and this seems to hit the price mark perfectly :)
