I still have a few of the 2014s to drink before I start on the 2015s, so you might be waiting a while ...

I'd put aside some of those 2014, then go to the 2015 .... Just realised their marketing won, this has been out since October 2018, but I read it as just released. My bad.

OK that's interesting, I got some Fuddling Cup from Cheaper by the Dozen a while ago, maybe the 2008 or 2009, sent it back, I really didn't think too highly of it, so won't be booming on this one despite the later vintage, shame really....

I need to live until at least 125 :)

Although I am selling quite a lot of stock as well.

Sometime since I updated this thread:

I have the opposite of this 'Oenophobia' and need help!

But I now regularly sell to about 8 restaurants.

I tend to buy wines from winery directly. Yes, normally it is the highest price. But, it has an exceptional storage condition. You won't get this condition in dm(except new release). Most of my wines are from dm. I bought from there more than 10 years. I found they don't store the wine in a good condition. This reflects on the wine quality. it's worth to pay 20% more and buy from winery.

I tried one last night. Without any airing, it was stewed plums ( I like tasting wine straight away) , but around 30 mins after some air time it was very very nice.

I bought a few cartons of the 2014 and really enjoyed it. So bought 3 cartons of the 2017 when it was released and returned them all. Very different wine that has lost the deep purple hues and has turned into a thin tasting "see through" wine if that makes sense. Very disappointing. Will be visiting the Amelia Park cellar door in a few weeks so will give it another tasting/

You are welcomed, it is definitely worth a special occasion and the cellar door is a bit of an experience in itself.

Yes have visited the cellar door previously. It is awesome and well worth the visit alone.
