Vinomofo Wine Deals

Mine stopped about 6-8 weeks ago

My account has the correct boxes checked to receive emails so I might give them a call.

I've got one from 11th of January crowing about their "global" sale but can't see anything after that date (I'll have a squiz at my spam to see if they've been sent there...) Actually, just looked and they are sitting in my "promotions" inbox in Gmail aka "spam" :) This isn't the first time VM's communications have diverted to there Steady, perhaps they are anti-Tas!

Ended up using my credits and free shipping for the Truffle and Wine co Cabernet. Hopefully pop one open tomorrow to see what it's like.

It would be great to hear your comments regarding this Cab blackcat20.....

Yep it's an strange anomaly but not the first time VM has "accidentally on purpose" given away the producer's identity

Hi all,

Anyone tried the Charles de Fere Sparkling?

I've got some credit and after some sparkling, not much been popping up lately. Any other goodies people would recommend?

Further to this, a prosecco anyone would recommend?

I like La Zona, but it's a DM item.

I've polished off VM's Penley Estate cab sav '13. It wasn't bad nor amazing, fairly unremarkable for me but definitely better with food. Just opened the Five Geese Nero and I'm tasting cherries and spice. It's very fruit forward with not a lot of length. I actually don't mind it for something a bit lighter to go with the hot weather.

I picked up some Amalia and Reverdito barbera d'alba (2011 and 2013 respectively) for $25-30 from Langtons if you're looking for a lighter Italian red. Plenty of other options as well (Chiantis etc). Might be a bit of a pickup in competition now that the holidays are ending for most people though.

What would you do? I bought a case of a particular wine for $150 from VM in the past 2 weeks. Now that same wine has been relisted to $144 per 12pk. i) does the mof_ price promise apply here? If I'm honest, it's not a big deal at all and I'm very happy with the price I paid but more curious on the principle of it and to hear others thoughts. What if it was instead a 25% price drop.

That's less than the difference between a paid freight day and a free freight day...

But if it were 25% you would have something to complain about.

Give them a call, I have seen other posts in this thread where a credit was given for the same situation

I'd chalk it up to experience.

Hi Everyone,

I've got some credits and with the free shipping I'm looking to buy some nice red. Any hints what the current black market deals are and any recommendations regarding these wines. Welcome any comments.

Personally love a good Italian wine. Anyone tried the following and any comments:

Or if the other sensi offer is any good.

Or any other good euro wines worth a try.
