I was at the new ADL terminal yesterday and at about 5pm there were hundreds queued at the VB check in counters, while the QF counters were almost empty.

I spoke to an associate later he said the VB res systems went down yesterday. There apparently was chaos in SYD T2.

Today I can find no further information; did any one have any experience with this?

I haven't heard anything either but it sounds a lot like what happened a few months ago when I was in MEL. Once is unlucky, twice begins to raise concern about reliability of their system.

Perhaps crazydave98 can enlighten us?

Perhpas all those affected are still in a queue somewhere and unable to post here?
