Unable to login to claim points or book flights - Unresolved

Same here, tried all day (UK time). Glad to hear that it's not only me!
 
Update- just managed to log in so the issue seems to be resolved (for now). Must have been the nightshift not reacting to the problem :lol:

Given that everyone else in the world seems to be able to access their QF accounts without a problem, I'm unclear as to why you think this is QF's fault or problem.

Further, your father can indeed access his points - via the call centre.

oh o, I can't log in this morning to select my seats for next week. Perhaps the problem has grown.
 
I've been advised that the issues have now been resolved. Please let me know if this isn't your experience.

When I try the drop down on the main home page I get this:

And the Pop-up log in from the Frequent Flyer tab just does not work.

Totally unable to log in.
 
I was able to log in at 7.15am SA time this am but not now. Nothing happens when I click 'log in'.
I had to check a booking for this arvo so thankful I got in first thing.

Me too! I'm having exactly the same problem right now. Has anyone managed to resolve yet? If so, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Suz :)
 
Is it optimistic to hope QF have disabled access while they release a brand new redesigned FF portal with many new and improved features...:p;)
 
This gets worse and worse. Login attempt now spawns a new pop up window with check boxes to choose between frequent flyer and business direct logins, but no button to proceed further.

Perhaps all the happy holders of points form the new, new, new Woolworths Loyalty programme are trying to redeem for free flights! I have posted to FB to see if I get a response.

Wonder how many ticket sales lost this morning to other airlines as a result of the QF IT department.
 
Of all the days!! Been waiting for weeks to book an international flight 360 days from now. :(
