QF Seat Selection Error

Something odd happening with Seat Selection on QF domestic flights for me today. It's not letting me change my seat selection and there's some extra odd words appearing on the screen.





I've tried different bookings and different browsers. Anyone else getting the same thing?

Have they released the Interns on the testing again, have they?

probably related to the changes in seat selection fees for international announced today? or just the WEKs....

Work Experience Kid. Judging by the number of poor production-releases of coding changes, QF appear to use quite a number of these resources.

I am NB and was able to select QF international seats yesterday without charge.

as for highly paid and IT.. I'm in IT and while I am paid, I'm still wondering where the other part of that is !

having said that I'd never release live a shoddy change as seems to be the case, or at the very least pull it back ASAP

And I don't think the changes are supposed to come in until 23 September anyway IIRC.

It doesn't work on desktop website, but works perfectly fine through Qantas app on my mobile phone. Just selected my seats minutes ago.

Seems the error has now been fixed. I can select seats again using a web browser on my laptop.
