Travel agent gone AWOL

I have been using Alan Lan at Newave Travel since COVID, but he has been increasingly hard to contact with no response to telephone calls, texts or emails since 6.6.26.
The probvlem is I have 3 long/medium haul flights booked through him over the next 9 months, all with QF and visable on the QF app.
Due to a recent family illness, I know need to cancel/reschedule 2 of these bookings.
In the absence of any ability to contact the agent, does anyone have any advice?
As far as I can see flights were paid directly to QF on QF Premier Titanium CC.
Called Qantas Premium who were totally unhelpful ("you need to contact your agent", but I cannot, "Oh, then you need to contact your agent", etc, etc).

Note, Alan LAN is listed as affiliated with Netwave Travel, not Newave.

Do you have a phone number for the agency on those emails. If so ring to see if another agent can fix it.
But doing a google search all I have coming up for Newave travel is one in Dubai and India.

That strange. I saw Alan at the recent AFF Masterclass in Sydney end of June and spoke with him. I’ve always found him very responsive to my messages and bookings he’s made.
