Well I was one of those disruptive protesters back in the 1960s in the day of anti war demonstrations and campaigning against the USA and LBJ.In fact I was one of a small group who did exactly that causing disruption by standing in the middle of a major street, usually George street, thus diverting police from the major demonstration site, usually the US Consulate.
Current day protesters go a lot further than we did then with our demonstrations.
The NSW Supreme Court has ruled tomorrow's Sydney demonstration is illegal under the public health emergency.A Greens MLC has said it would go ahead anyway and 8-10000 were expected to attend although the evidence they gave to the court was that they expected no more than 5000 to attend.Perjury maybe?
He also said the plans had been made for that sized protest to be held that would comply with the social distancing rules.Tell im he's dreaming.
The Supreme Court of NSW rules that a protest rally to be held in Sydney on Saturday is illegal and should not go ahead because of current COVID-19 restrictions in the state.
