Public service announcement for those on QF93 on the 23rd of November, Mrs Reload has had her upgrade to F confirmed, do not expect any champagne as she will be consuming it all. This is her first trip ever in F.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
If she can change to the 26th we can party with her.

not to freak out readers but I have a brain-damaged male patient that really really loves his vacuum cleaner. His sister sthat care for him couldn't work out why they seem to regularly have to replace their VCs

Not an entirely unusual phenomenon, I think you will find with a little research. I hasten to add that from experience I do not speak :!::shock:.

Sounds very much like a warranty claim would be needed.
We have put in a robot VC so I am no expert on VC experiences JohnM.

I have bitten the bullet and bought the Dyson hand held pet vacuum from DJ's via the Qantas points mall.
Hopefully I'll end up with spotless floors and 13 points per $ spent on it :) (might be more if I play my cards right ;) )

Thank you all for your kind messages. I am touched.

Cheap rate at HOTP and complimentary stay at Langham.. they stuffed us around a bit with our wedding last year so this was offered. I was wondering if I should add my Voyager/FF information at check-in... ;)

The Dimmi "Voucher" is in the form of 6000 Dimmi points which with the 2000 points Dine and Review earn can be redeemed at 8000 points for a $50 Food voucher at a very limited set of restaurants.

Plantar fasciitis.

Relatively severe pain started on Thursday and hasn't subsided. Anti-inflammatories, Nurofen Plus and Panadeine Extra do nothing for the pain.

Should I bother going to GP or just write it off as another -itis to add to the already long list?

I got my because of sports. You need to do calf and heel stretches. Plus losing weight will help.

I have had this one before. It comes and goes. Sometimes the pain is not severe but the swelling is there.

My wrists and arms also swell badly. Just as I was about to board BKK-SIN flight on weekend I could feel tightening in both arms. I had to undo both shirt sleeve buttons as it was getting extremely uncomfortable.

Inflammatory conditions are not easy to treat.

Lots of rain in BNE today - so much so that Virgin HQ has flooded again -road is closed.

Trains are cancelled and bus stops are full

The road outside my office also flooded rogue afternoon

Hope everyone in Brisbane is safe; yes I'm guessing it's not 2011 again but still.

At least Brisbane finally got some rain!

Over here, I think some of us are glad we once again have some substantial sun during the day to speak of. Last few days have been grey and dreary.
